PROJECT INITIATION

Each project begins with an on-site consultation where we discuss the home, the scope of work, and the overall direction for the project. Following the consultation, we prepare a detailed Project Proposal outlining the design approach, investment framework, and next steps.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We gather detailed site information, meet with trades as needed, and begin developing the overall design direction. Through sourcing, showroom visits, space planning, and material selection, the project gradually takes shape—refining both the functional and aesthetic details of the home. Each element is considered in relation to the whole, ensuring the design remains cohesive, intentional, and aligned with the established investment framework.

PROCUREMENT & COORDINATION

Once the design is approved, we oversee procurement and coordinate the many moving parts required to execute the project.

This includes:

  • Purchasing and specification management

  • Vendor coordination and order tracking

  • Coordination with receivers and installers

  • Oversight of deliveries and installation logistics

We work closely with trusted vendors, artisans, contractors, and trades to maintain continuity from design through installation. Throughout this phase, we provide updates at key milestones while managing the day-to-day coordination behind the scenes.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION

As work progresses, we oversee implementation to ensure alignment between the design vision and the finished result. The final installation brings together furnishings, materials, lighting, artwork, and styling—creating a home that feels complete, personal, and tailored to the way your family lives.
