This Miami condo in Brickell City Center was decorated for our clients as both a get away and a place to entertain friends and family. The light and airy palette is both playful with pops of color and sophisticated with classic design icons. We love how this project turned out with a timeline of just under 10 weeks!

The design for this home in Georgetown took cues from the original architectural elements that had been wonderfully preserved. Upholstery combines traditional details with clean modern lines. There was a conscious mix of traditional with modern, to reflect the classic architecture and compliment the client’s lifestyle of entertaining friends. Rich, natural colors, organic textures and classic patterns are layered throught the home to create a sophisticated palette.
The design for this Georgetown duplex condo stemmed from the client’s need for comfort in order to work from home as well as to entertain friends both indoors and out. The design is modern yet relaxed, with layers of color and neutral texture.
This client wished to add punches of mod patterns, color and precision to flush out the overall design for his 2 bedroom condo at City Center. In the dining niche, Hendrick Interiors installed a custom dining bench upholstered in a fun pattern, brightly colored dining chairs and a fantastic pendant over a marble dining table. A custom wall mounted solid oak drawer was designed and installed at the entry for a convenient place to store keys and necessities. In the master bedroom, bespoke wall mounted night stands were designed to compliment the client’s existing bed. Black out drapery and hanging pendants create the perfect amount of light for respite from the day.
The custom wool and silk living room carpet anchors the main seating area providing an expanse of color while remaining neutral. The sectional has very clean lines but remains relaxed so that our client can lounge and watch sports. The custom height petrified wood cocktail tables allows for flexibility while still providing sophistication in texture and material. The main wall in the master bedroom is covered in suede panels by Studio Art. Add the glistening bamboo shag rug with the textured, light filtering drapery and you have just the right amount of softness in an otherwise masculine retreat.
